Office Manager HR


to further strengthen our team.

The Office Manager role we are currently recruiting for is a profile with Spanish HR support experience. As an Office Manager you’ll be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of our organization. It will be your job to support the day-to-day activities and contribute to customer experience, service and operational productivity. You will give support to the Country Manager, the country sales team and various corporate functions (HR, QRV, S&M, Finance and IT). You will maintain relationships with country employees, customers, suppliers, and wholesalers on a functional level. You will be the go-to person for the office: handling facilities, managing the phone, mail, post and you are responsible for the planning of meetings. Facilitating all tasks related to the position and HR processes specifically:

  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Benefits providers Liaison (private health insurance, Life Insurance, Pension Plans);
  • Managing the entire process of Lease Car;
  • Assisting with new hiring process, training onboarding and benefits administration;
  • Coordinating performance review process;
  • Maintain employee records and DDBB
  • Managing the compliance of health and Safety, policies, collective agreement, training
  • Creating POs in SAP
  • Resolving simple financial issues
  • Validating invoices

Who are we looking for

For this role, we are searching for a friendly person with an upbeat personality. Someone who is proactive, pays attention to detail and is organized. Somebody with a solid work ethic without sacrificing their sense of humor. A motivated ‘jack of all trades’ with Office manager experience and with that Extra Spanish HR admin Experience. You have excellent customer service skills and can communicate effectively in Spanish and English. You have excellent knowledge of MS office; knowledge of SAP would be a big advantage. You have high level of integrity, loyalty and responsibility.
