Currently we are looking a Supply Chain Intern to join our team

Who are you

We’re looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible personality that has to do an internship for his/her bachelor or masters program and has some work experience. Somebody who is interested in ERP (SAP) and has a global vision. The internship is working both hands-on and strategical.

In this internship you will:

  • Receive guidance and complete training in one of the most important global ERP systems: SAP
  • Perform SAP support, to ensure that the different processes in the systems works efficiently, which includes: Order-to-Cash, Invoicing, Returns, Customer Service
  • Streamline interface communications between systems with the added challenge of managing different interfaces within our EU warehouses
  • Create Working Instructions for the different processes in SAP and assist in the development of a unified learning center in the system
  • Manage and support learning sessions
  • Provide Customer Service support
  • Liaise with Customer Service Managers and Logistic Service Providers, as well as IT consultants.
  • Maintain contacts with other VISUfarma departments, carriers and logistic service providers
  • Check the quality of the processes, and take improvement actions
  • Solve customer complaints

Your work location

This internship is based in our Amsterdam Headquarters located in the Rembrandt Tower in Amsterdam close to public transport and easily accessible by bike.
